Developed to help Giant pro Alan Hatherly win the 2025 Elite Men’s XCO World Championship, this superlight XC composite flyer is engineered with a semi-integrated 120mm FlexPoint Pro rear suspension system and a flip chip to adjust geometry for any racecourse or XC terrain.
Key Performance Features
Total Control
The advanced FlexPoint Pro suspension system delivers 120mm of smooth rear travel, paired with a 120mm front fork, providing excellent control on rough descents while maintaining efficiency for technical climbs. A built-in flip chip adjustment allows riders to fine-tune the bike’s geometry to match different types of cross-country terrain and riding preferences.
Depending on the model, the bike comes equipped with lightweight composite or alloy Giant WheelSystems, designed for strength and speed. These wheels feature a next-generation 120-tooth helical ratchet hub system, delivering instant power engagement. In addition, reinforced 5mm rim sidewalls improve durability and provide greater protection against impacts and punctures.
Low-Latency Speed Concept
The redesigned composite frame is 89 grams lighter than the previous generation and offers a 7.95% improvement in stiffness-to-weight ratio, maximizing pedaling efficiency and power transfer during climbs.
Every component is engineered for responsiveness. The advanced WheelSystems and integrated cockpit design deliver immediate feedback to rider input for precise control and faster acceleration. The rear shock has also been repositioned and partially integrated into the top tube, reducing overall weight while freeing space for an additional water bottle cage.
Advanced System Integration
A newly designed one-piece integrated handlebar and stem improves ride comfort by adding compliance that helps absorb trail vibrations and small impacts.

Both designs feature clean internal cable routing and flexible sizing options, including a standard 780mm handlebar width and stem lengths ranging from 50mm to 90mm, allowing riders to fine-tune fit and control for their riding style.
